I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but my experience was bad enough to share- We ordered pizza for my family on a Tuesday night. The app said 10-15 minutes and I arrived around 20 minutes after ordering. The guy working told me it would be around 20-25 minutes.

I have not had Papa John’s pizza in probably 10 years and for some reason on Mother’s Day I decided that is what I wanted. I just wanted to be home and relax and have some good pizza. I was honestly so hesitant because I purchased close to a $100 worth of pizza for a family of 6 and I was praying I wouldn’t be disappointed. My pizza came fast and hot! When I tell you this was hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time!!! My kids kept asking where I got this pizza from. I was definitely not disappointed, my delivery driver was so sweet and even thanked me for the tip. I had to call the manager and tell him what a great job they did making this mom happy . Food service workers always get beat down when something is wrong and I just wanted to let them know they did a great job!

There’re no menus displayed, or hand menus. I ask what specials they had and the person attending me who was the manager had no clue. He didn’t know how to use the register he kept asking the delivery driver. When I paid with my debt card entering the pin number he requested that I sign the receipt. He was really lost at what he was doing.

45-50 delivery time. Watched delivery travel away from its destination on tracker about a mile. Delivery person (DoorDash) outsourced Bc they were “busy”. Pizza was soggy and not hot by the time it was delivered. No solution offered by manager. $55 wasted.
