My group had a good time on the pleasant patio. The spring rolls were fresh and the egg rolls are certainly good. I ordered the Thai Basil special but it was an unappealing flavor. Overly sweet, and whomever expo’d the meal sent a tray dripping with sauce which got on my jeans, and cost the server a bunch of time apologizing for it and trying to clean up the mess. Sauce on my jeans did not bother me so much as the decision of a manager to send that meal out. I ate a small amount of my food and had the server take away the rest. I never do that. This Thai basil special just tasted like sugary water or something and I couldn’t taste the vegetables. We sat around after dinner for a longer visit and still had remaining plates on the table which could have been cleared up as we had finished dinner. Overall, I would return because there’s a lot of good food to try here!

Chicken pad Thai and egg rolls for takeout. Spicy #6 out of 10. The flavor is good and probably one of the best options around this part of town. The meat was decent (not all gristly) and done well. Their pad Thai gets a lot of hype on here. It’s solid and something to check out – it probably won’t change your life – but it is worth your time and money here.

This was my first experience at Orchid. I stopped in for lunch and was seated quickly. My server Vi, was very friendly, helpful and prompt with my meal & beverages. After debating between the beef pho and the Lúc Lác Beef I decided to go with the latter as I had never tried it before. My meal came out relatively quickly for a busy restaurant during the lunch rush. It was extremely hot as it was served on a hot plate. The beef was extremely tender cooked perfectly, the potatoes were crisp, and the sauce used on the dish was very flavorful. Overall, the service and the food were both fantastic. I am excited to return and try some of the other dishes on the menu.

A friend took me here for the first time. Service was just plain awful! Waiter bought my meal out after everyone at my table already finished their meal. I had to seat and watch everyone else eat .. I just ordered pad Thai. Nothing special or confusing. When the waiter brought my food out I told him I didn’t want it because everyone else was done eating. He started arguing with me and no apology or nothing. I couldn’t believe it! My toddler had a kids meal and they charge you $2 extra for milk or juice but free soda for them. I’m sorry but my toddler does not drink soda! So ridiculous! They also didn’t have milk. Who doesn’t have milk on a Friday evening. Food seemed basic. Nothing special and awful service. I wouldn’t go here if the food was free!

Very good tasting food, and all the staff are superstars, wow, on the go and the best I’ve seen. Please beef up the portions on your lunch menu, good amount of rice, eggrolls were the best, but the main portion, the entree was too small.

Service was fast and friendly. Chicken fresh, tender and not dry or chewy. Wontons were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Great place to celebrate birthday or date night. Our server was outstanding! Glass of red wine blend was fresh and not old. Movie theatre within walking distance. Made reservations with Google assistant. I recommend reservations on weekend night.

This restaurant has some really delicious dishes. I’ve been here many times and it’s consistently good. I always get the spring rolls or the honey walnut shrimp for an appetizer. The shrimp have the most delightful glaze. The Luc Lac beef, cashew chicken, and pho are my favorite entrees. For dessert, definitely order the fried cheesecake. The restaurant itself is clean and a generally nice atmosphere.
