This is by far the worst service I have experienced at any del taco and I empathize with the other negative reviews. I pulled up and ordered a number 3 on the menu and wanted to add two beyond meat hard tacos. The employee on the intercom responded with “ this not Taco Bell “ I responded with “no I have ordered the beyond meat tacos from del taco plenty of times” he replied “oh yes we discontinued the beyond meat two months ago” so I decided to no add anything else to the number 3 order. I also asked for a number 1 a bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla. I proceeded forward to make my payment and was asked “would you like some sauce” I replied yes let me get some ketchup and some of the sauce in the black package” . He gave me my drinks and asked me to pull around in front of the location so they can bring out my order to me. So I agreed. A few minutes later they brought out my order. So I checked my order and sure enough the bean burrito was missing. Along with the sauce and ketchup. I walked in to the location to ask for my burrito and the place was mess the seating area and behind the counter. I finally get home to try to enjoy my dinner after a long day of work my pregnant wife opens her fish tacos and the tortillas were uncooked and the limes had to be from last year. They were brown! So I had to pull out lime and a tortilla from my refrigerator to enjoy my 30 dollar meal. My bean burrito was cold I had to warm that up on my stove top and my hard tacos had a pound of cheese with cold meat. My pregnant wife now feels sick I sure hope it has nothing to do with the restaurant or I will be filling a formal complaint. Not to mention the cold fries along with it. This is not ok many people depend on this being their dinner or the only meal for the day and we get provided with lousy service and the place gladly takes the money from customer which highly unfair. Please provide the public with courteous service and quality meals so we can help you keep the light on and doors open.

For this to be a new location, it is being poorly managed. Staff needs additional training. We were told they didn’t have carne asada (which is why we even went) so we were forced to think of substitutes. After our order was placed I see a big mound of steak cooking on grill so I asked what was that, “carne asada” is what I was told by a different person. I told him I was told ya’ll didn’t have it and chose other items that I really didn’t want because we were already there. The manager came over and tried to correct the issue by saying she would put the carne on our food but by then everything was totally confusing. Order was still wrong and poorly made! I could’ve made an extra quesadilla with the amount of cheese on the soft tacos. Had to ask someone to come clean table to sit to eat. A slew of flies everywhere making it annoying to sit there. This put a bad taste in my mouth about Del Taco, never had this type of experience here. Won’t be going back to this location!

Disgusting store, only been open a few weeks and employees are letting it go to hell. I was only dine in customer in place and out of 19 tables only 3 didn’t have dried up food stuck to it. The flies were enjoying all the rotting food not being wiped up. Not the type of thing you expect in a new store usually the employees are better trained. Sad!!!! Corporate needs to make a surprise visit here.

(NightTime) This Location is Very Bad Maybe because it’s new but the manager won’t let Single cars make Multiple Orders In fear of Theft, So you have to drive around to make another Order, I find that stupid (Environmentalist Standpoint) and even then it’s freaking Del Taco dude, Then The Guy at the Window Is improperly trained on how to delete things off Orders. I’ve wasted multiple lunches here.. Jack N The Box Next Door is a better Bet.

Great restaurant and great customer service all the workers are young and full of energy. The managers there are all fantastic I had a problem with a burrito that didn’t have sauce and they kindly made me a new one. There is absolutely Nothing to complain about Food is great, Costumer service is great and the place is super clean. I recommend this spot next time you’re in town!!!

This located has all young employees and need better training. They do more joking and playing around than they do working. I Ordered a del beef burrito and bean cheese burrito and both of the burritos the flour tortillas was not even warm up. What kind of service is that. Come on del taco get workers that want to work.

They need to properly train their crew. I got sick from here twice now first time was shrimp but this is only restaurant in area so the next time I was out here I ordered a chicken burrito nope got sick again. I will be filing a complaint with health department.

I’ve been to this location 3 times since it’s opened, it has been bad every single time. The first time there were over 10 employees working and not one of them said a word to me as I stood at the counter for around 8 mins. The second time the food wasn’t even warm and this third time they are supposed to be open at 6, it’s 630 and after I stood at the counter for 5 mins until I was told the manager was unavailable and they won’t open for another 30 mins. There is no standard here for customer service, the training as far as food, how to great customers, getting ppl served in a timely manner, etc is the worst I’ve ever seen.
