Arrived there after work to try the Ghost Pepper Wings and when I arrived home to my surprise they were hard, dry and tasted old. Trashed them, so I called and spoke with the rude manager who didn’t apologize and he asked why didn’t I bring them back to verify that. For one there is no reason I have to lie about something that cost $6.60cents he has no customer service skills. So people check your meal before leaving.

The chicken at this Popeyes’ is terrible! The chicken breast is dark, tough and dried out! I couldn’t eat it because it was so tough! I won’t be back! I’m going to go to where they know how to make it light, crispy and juicy like it’s supposed to be!

Foods great but the service is robotic at best and they hassle you about the sauces. So much for them caring about the customer experience. I’d avoid this one if you can. Order 6 sandwiches and they want to give me 4 sauces and try to charge me for the extras…
