Arby’s does have the meats. This was probably the best made, best put together half pound French dip sandwich I have ever had from and Arby’s location. It was almost perfect, just needed a bit more cheese. If I could get it made like this every time, I’d probably eat there more than once every few months. This was a splurge meal, so I dont feel too bad about this massive amount of meat!

As someone who deeply loves Arby’s, I was extremely disappointed in the service I had. I went through drive thru and was asked no questions on what size I wanted and whether I wanted a Greek or Roast Beef Gyro, which I could have clarified, but typically it’s asked already and I wasn’t sure what it came with already. The man who took my order and gave the food to me was very rude. My Dr Pepper as well was off and dull. I work in Fast Food myself and understand that it can be very difficult at times, but the service I had was very horrible and I really hope other people who go have a better experience than I did.

Last time i went i had to go through the drive thru twice to get a straw for my jamocah which the bottom part of it was orange cream which was kinda dissapointing and this time i got a roast beef like none other ive ever had! I hate that this is the only arbys on my way to work so looks like i will be going elsewhere. And this roast beef didnt taste right or something. Idk if it was texture or what.

Idk what it is about this location but the beef seems either old or not prepared correctly. Usually stinks, is chewy, or discolored. I used to love beef n cheddars but this location has turned me away from them. Mozzarella sticks are good though lol

Food has been served more hot my past 3 visits. That’s a big improvement over past years. Service is quick at the window, however I’m usually asked to wait when I first pull up to the drive thru menu. The curly fries always seem to be the scraps form the bottom of the frozen bag. It’s rare to get a carton of fries with actual large, curly pieces.

Ordering online usually makes a drive thru faster and more pleasant. The speakers are so low you cannot hear the staff. Also, instead of your order being your first name as it is in order recap and email, it comes up as your last name which seems to confuse the staff. The line is long (no big deal) but your food is cold when they hand it to you which means they bag it before you arrive. If you have a big order you don’t want to mess up – park and order there, then use the drive thru!

2 sliders and shake were tasty. Selection of sliders reduced to 2 at this location. Not sure if this is corporate-wide. Drive thru a bit slow but staff was friendly and seemed to be working hard.
