I get the Ramen and fried rice is very good. I’ve been there twice and both times everything has been made perfectly.

I was mystified when I got to Ramen Ramen. No tables. Looks like a storage closet full of boxes with a counter pushed to the doorway. Maybe under renovations?

My wife and I moved to Sayville a few months ago and were trying all the local restaurants. This restaurant by far is one of our favorites. We got the pork belly bao, beef bulgogi, and two regular ramens with a few toppings added. The pork buns are the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a bunch of bao places on Long Island. The bao was soft and fluffy, the pork belly was crisp and flavorful, the beef bulgogi had an explosion of flavor every bite! Now for the ramen. The broth is perfect, it’s mild in regards to flavor which is perfect for those who don’t want it overpowering their toppings. I could taste everything I ordered in the ramen, it wasn’t masked by the broth and it all blended so well together. Can’t stress how amazing this place was! It’s a gem and I’m lucky it’s so close to home! You have to come by and give it a try.

Did I pick up order and the staff was lovely! Ordered an assortment of buns and ramen and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend their pork belly – it’s more on the crispy side, but so delicious.

So delicious! I got the regular Ramen with added Boc Choy & Pork Belly, and let me tell you it’s fantastic!! Best pork belly I’ve had! Reasonably priced too! My daughter got the spicy ramen and she loves it! Doris the owner was very kind and made us feel like family! We’re from out of town visiting family and heard so many wonderful things about this place and we had to try! So glad we did!

Had the spicy ramen with pork belly and the 7 minute egg added, very good. However they really need to get some detailed descriptions on their online and offline menus so people know what they are getting if they have no experience with this style food. It’s great stuff.

I found this place by accident and so glad I did!! I got regular ramen with teriyaki chicken. It already comes with half an egg. It was so good I can’t wait come back again. The woman who works there is also very pleasant and kind!

Been living in the neighborhood for almost ten years and just recently tried this place. I’ve got nothing but good things to say. The chicken teriyaki over the fried rice is the best I’ve had from anywhere. I’ve made this spot a regular of mine and been telling my family n friends to try them out. I also tried the CT(chicken teriyaki)in the boi buns!! Omg 10/10. Idk what’s in it exactly but it is amazing. N to top it off the owner is the sweetest Woman always greeting, warm and a smile on her face. Unlike allot of restaurants of this genre where the cashier dosent even look at you and your clearly just dollar signs to them. Which is fine, I’m hungry give me my food but it’s a nice change to see an owner really care about her customers to go as far as remembering your name!!! Place is amazing, service amazing, food is smazing, you have to give it a try!!

Hands down the worst ramen I’ve ever had. I hate to be crass but I’m pretty sure the folks rating the ramen well have never had even mediocre ramen. No real tare, no oil. Eggs are overcooked and not marinated. They use Chinese vegetables for some reason. The pork is sliced way thin, burnt until they’re dry, and slapped in carelessly. Even the noodles appear to be instant noodles. Seriously I can make better at home in minutes. What a let down.
