First time eating here and we were not disappointed. A lot and I mean a lot of food. Had the John Henry burger and could only eat half. Got it with the sweet potato fries and an extra side of Mac n cheese. Stuffed as a tick and happy as a pig in mud. Will definitely be back. Server was great too. Kept our drinks refilled without even asking. We also had the tomato bruschetta appetizer, delicious.

Food was ok. Got the ribeye and even with the flavored butter it was still a bit bland. I didn’t taste any flame kiss on it. Service was just ok. The salad bar was a positive if I went back I would just get it. In my opinion for this 12oz steak the price is too high.

I barely have words to describe how delicious this food was. Hands down the best pork chop I’ve ever had in my life. The rib eye was amazing too, which is incredible because I haven’t been able to enjoy the taste of steak since I got COVID 2 years ago. I’m not sure what’s different about this one but it was delicious.

This is an interesting restaurant with some interesting decor. It has a dining area opposite and separate from the bar as well as dining in the bar area. Their bar didn’t look like it was well stocked with a wide variety of liquors. There were about six beers on tap and I can’t say what bottled beers were available. The menu was varied from apps to full dinners. The service was good, helpful, and friendly. I had the blackened grouper with fried okra and it was very good.

We had a fabulous brunch here this morning. Walked in around 11:30 and were seated promptly. Our server Nate was very friendly. The sweet potato fries are like a heavenly dessert. I ordered the French toast and while I wish the syrup was not touching my potatoes and bacon, it was all so good. Again, potatoes were amazing. Would absolutely return here if we’re ever back in town.

The wife and I ate here last Saturday for lunch. The service was great, atmosphere was great, and food was great! We had the tomatoe, spinach, artichoke dip for an appetizer. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and loved it. I had blackened salmon with smoked Mac n cheese and okra, I loved it. FIVE STAR

The salmon and risotto is amazing. I stayed in Rome once a year until my dad passed away. I will Definitely miss this place as I ate there 2-3 times per visit. Its 100% recommended

I had the Kid’s Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese, and it was yummy. It was also the perfect portion size for me, leaving room for gelato! My only complaint is regarding the coffee. Mine tasted like it had been on the warmer for a few hours. Otherwise, I’ve loved everything I’ve had here.

Always great food and a great atmosphere at John Henry’s. They have a great selection of domesticraft, craft, and imported beers along with some really tasty cocktails. Pair that with the special they run or a John Henry burger, and you will have yourself a great meal.
