I actually hadn’t visited this particular Arbys for awhile and on 8/23/23 I decided to take my 4 year old son here for lunch and eat inside. I was shocked at how clean the inside was! Also the lady at the register named LaLa was an incredibly nice person! If she isn’t manager, Arbys better make her one and if she is, give her a raise to keep her here! I will continue to come back more often since it seems it’s run better than it was a couple years back.

Waited about 20 minutes at drive thru. Why do I even eat fast food. . Place seemed like it was on fire from the staff panicking but no one was there. Screen outside was dark wasn’t even sure it was open. Has to be the poorest run fast food place ive ever been to. The person did say sorry a bout 8 times but come on. Also chicken slider was rock hard inedible. I was fed up and just drove away and took the loss. How is this place even in business people were leaving the drive through. Monday night as well! It was empty.

Rude nasty staff and management. The manager Pam screw my food at me and Copped an attitude when I let them know my order was wrong. Food was cold and stale. Corporate needs to get a hold of this location immediately

Recent visit left me very disappointed. Normally I go to Arby’s for lunch, and since I saw their fish was an option in the two for $7, I ordered some fish. I also ordered a side of nuggets. When I finally received the fish, and got it back to my workplace, I found that it was absolutely drenched in tartar sauce. Or what tasted like a tartar sauce and mayonnaise combination, which was so much that after the first I was left feeling sickly. Now I’ve never had a problem with this Arby’s before, especially in the evening. But this fish did disappoint me, and they did forget my dipping sauce for the nuggets.

Food is unpredictable here, sometimes it is good some times it is really worse. Food is very cold and looks like sandwiches or burgers are pre-made not even warm, I usually love their curly fries but at this location they are very often burnt. Service is good and they friendly and talkative but the food they are making is very bad. I ordered buffalo chicken wrap which is super cold chicken its like they put chicken into wrap straight out freezer with some sauce on it. Even sandwich I ordered was same cold.

Disappointed- Waited 12 minutes at the drive thru order kiosk, just to order, there were only two cars in the drivethru ahead of me. Got my beef n cheddar 8 minutes later, it was not hot and the cheese was skimpy and all fell to one side and the fries warm dark, and like warm.
