They replied back sorry can’t refund you but you can come back next time will give you the order for free and they hung up on me. Nice customer service management? I haven’t tried Noodles &Co often, but the overall experience I’ve had with this brand has been that if you don’t know how to boil water and cook instant ramen and you don’t like the grocery store brand prepared noodles, this might be for you. I say this without satire because the service provided in the restaurant is great, but regardless of which franchise it is, their food give off an unexpected vibe with excessive vinegar to lighten the meal.

The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. The staff was nice and knowledgeable about their menu and had a good recommendation for my meal. Overall I like the restaurant but it seems way overpriced for the amount of food you receive. I spent 13$ on a small bowl (it is a very small bowl) and a fountain drink. That’s all, nothing else…. It does come out fast but with the small amount of food they give you, I’d hope it doesn’t take long.

We’ve been here a lot the past few months (perhaps too much…) while home shopping in the neighborhood. This Noodles & Co. is above average. Service has been great – I love how the manager asks if you’re vegan when you opt for no cheese, just to be sure for you. They also keep the place nice and clean.

I don’t eat here super often as being allergic to gluten and dairy my options are limited. But everytime I do the amount of sauce I get is less and less and the quality of the beef goes down more and more. Definitely better options for better food for the price.

Thank you so much to the entire team at this Noodles location. My daughter and I came nearly at closing time. The entire staff was happy to serve us– even though they were getting ready to close and shutting things down. They all went above and beyond and we were so appreciative of their wonderful customer service at such a late hour. We will certainly be back.. but hopefully not so close to closing time again.
