I’ve been visiting this restaurant since 2018 when I lived in LIC. The ingredients are always fresh and the food authentic. It’s hard to get anything near this quality with the same price! Even after we’ve relocated to Long Island, we visit this little gem every time we’re in the city. 10/10 my favorite Japanese restaurant.

Great value for really good Sushi. Fish was super fresh and will be back to try the Ramen. I sat at Sushi Bar, so I was not allowed to order the ramen unless I sat at a table. I didn’t feel like taking a whole table since I was by myself so I just got the Sushi Combo.

Amazing restaurant in this neighborhood. Staff was courteous and chef is great. Had the ramen and sushi set and the ramen taste is simply pure (I added some pepper which really complements it). Goes well with the ozeki hot sake I had. Authentic and down to earth.

This restaurant is small with a few tables spread out, and the decor is minimal with some Japanese posters on the walls. The first time we came as a large group and set at a table. On my last visit, we were only 3 and sat at the counter. We ordered the omakase sushi, which includes 10 pieces. We also got seaweed salad, fried chicken, fried fish, and agadashi tofu. Everything was delicious! The plates are small, but we were all beyond stuffed when we finished our dinner. If you can sit at the counter, I would totally recommend it as the chef was awesome and really made our experience very enjoyable. Considering the quality of the food and service, the prices here are quite reasonable.

the lunch sets are amazing! you can get ramen and sushi for $22. you get to choose the protein of your ramen which was very unique to me (seared tuna, salmon, pork, etc.). i loved the coziness and vibes of the place. the staff are so kind and it gives such a sense of peace similar to dining in japan. I would definitely come back! the sushi was very delicious and the fish was high quality.
