I put my order in FORTY NINE MINUTES before close and these lazy clowns canceled it. Shut your ordering system off if you’re not taking orders instead of wasting my time. I called in and the situation is what it is, I’m not asking for special treatment, but the kid was super rude about it. They also don’t take Papa Johns coupon codes like every other location. I have lived in a lot of cities, and this is far and away the worst Papa Johns I have ever experienced. I don’t get it.

I am food delivery driver.I went there around 4:35pm and I waited 40mins for my order. They are not busy at this time. There was a one boy with glasses and a another lady working at that time. The boy was so rude, I asked for the order for more than 10times. He throw the pizza dough plate so badly in the wall. I got scared and I left the place. I don’t recommended anyone here.

Too much bbq, the chicken was hard. They used older dough so it was stretched and had bubbles and the edge lock sucked!! I’m so disappointed with how low quality that they have become!! I worked there, have great things to say about them and ALOT of bad, but I still eat it and I still expect to be served like any other customers. For the price of the pizza!! This sh*t should be made with love and fresh ingredients!! Not dough that sat out for 8 hours and has expanded. Anyways, I am sure I will be back. They’re garlic parmesan bread sticks are one of my son’s favorite things. As for the cheese pizza.. when it’s not all doughy tasting. $33 for delivery and$28? For pickup? Way to much for a few bites of each pizza. I’m so disappointed

I have placed several orders here over the past few months (delivery). Always slow. Food arrives room temperature. On one occasion a manager or employee called up and complained about not having drivers and if I could come pick it up. Mind you this was after it had already sat around getting cold. If I’m going to drive somewhere I am going to go to a local place that’s cheaper and better. Also, on two occasion the driver just dropped off the pizza without knocking, ringing the doorbell, or texting me.

I love Papa John’s pizza so I will continue to get pizza here, but I was somewhat disappointed with my most recent experience. Despite living in Blacksburg city limits and less than 10 miles/less than 15 minutes from the shop, delivery wasn’t an option. I had also asked for extra pepperoni, but on only half the pizza. Instead, we got light pepperoni on the entire pizza, and it was oddly underneath the cheese instead of on top. I don’t know where the wires were crossed as it was an online order, not something on the phone that could be misunderstood. However the pizza did taste good and was ready for pickup within 20 minutes which was great, and I’m glad they are able to stay open despite local staffing shortages.

Staff tend to have an attitude here but the last straw was a few weeks ago I picked up a pizza and it was all messed up but on top of that the ONE person working had a passive aggressive attitude and intentionally made me wait before handing me my order. I didn’t say anything but responded to the order survey I received via email detailing all of order issues. I then received an email from the regional manager apologizing and pretending he cared, saying they would make it right because it was not Papa’s “gold standard.” I provided more details in my response to him and 2-3 weeks later I’ve still not received a response. It’s one thing to have some dud employees and ask for feedback but when you feign good customer service then ghost the complainant it adds insult to injury. I won’t be returning to this store.
