Funnily enough I accidentally only got toast because of a misunderstanding, which made the waitress think I was a very weird dude. It was fixed immediately with a lot of laughter and without any issues. Overall excellent food for a low price, served by very friendly staff with a good vibe 🙂

This is a small mom and pop restaurant with big service, big portions, wonderful food and personality! Come with an appetite, I had an omelette that could have fed three people! The chef actually made mine the way I wanted it instead of the way it was on the menu which made it very special! Their homemade toast is out of this world. We enjoyed the place very much and we’ll go back again and again. They’re open most days until 2:00 p.m. closed right now on Mondays and Tuesdays I believe. They serve breakfast and regular food throughout the whole time they’re open.

Quaint little mom and pop type restaurant with delicious homemade pies. The apple pie and blueberry pies were delicious. They also had pecan, cherry, and apple bread pudding available when we were there. We will be back to try more!

Just a great little cafe to stop at. We had an omelette with hash browns and homemade white toast. The omelette was delicious. The hasbrowns were made perfectly. The homemade white buttered toast just melted in your mouth. We also had pancakes and coffee. The pancakes were plate size and great coffee with plenty of refills. I also got the blueberry rhubarb bread pudding to go which is a huge portion. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient (refilled our coffees numerous times). We had our order taked in no time and our food arrived shortly after. Very happy we stopped at this little gem right off the road

Hot, fresh and tasty! Burgers were seasoned to perfection served with plenty of fries. To quote my daughter “best apple pie ever” that was topped with homemade whipped cream! We will definitely be back.

Don’t let this outer atmosphere scare you away. Admittedly it could probably use a refresh

My new favorite place to stop for breakfast. Great service and food. Being from the south I’ve gotten used to fake sweet tea. Nothing fake here. Freshly made sweet tea just like I like it. And I never had to ask for a refill even though I went through 4 glasses.

We had breakfast here April 30, 2022 and LOVED it!! Perfect local cafe that just makes you feel like you traveled back in time to a simpler time. The servings are plentiful and wonderful. The place was packed, but the service was not affected by that at all. We almost felt like we were the only ones there…the servers are that good here! Heads up…they only accept case or checks. There is an ATM machine inside if you need cash. Would highly recommend stopping here if you are anywhere nearby exploring the river towns…definitely worth the stop!
