This location is convenient and I used to like going to this Starbucks but it really depends on who is working. Normally I have a good experience but today wasn’t one of those days. The barista didn’t seem to want to be there and wasn’t real friendly. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and I was not impressed. I basically got a cold coffee, there was very little cream. I didn’t want to go back and complain. I just added my own cream (which I could’ve saved the money and made my own cup at home). Because of the inconsistency, I will stick to the Starbucks up the street from now on.

I love Starbucks but this particular location has horrific service. My friend and I have been there three separate times and the staff is always standing around drinking and talking and on their cell phones. They continually interrupt taking our orders with shouts to another person to confirm they have those items, only to come up later and inform us they are out of those items. And if we order food, it is almost always cold in spots and not completely heated up. One time I ordered truffle mac ‘n’ cheese and it came out completely frozen in the middle still. Some staff members definitely need to be fired for their flippant and even rude attitudes towards their job and the customers.

Awful service by the brunette this evening, she was on her phone the entire time. Completely dismissive and lacked so much professionalism. Ignored the people behind us and took at least 20 minutes to make our 2 drinks.

Starbucks kicks butt relative to other coffee shops but these guys/girls even kick butt relative to other Starbucks stores! They are so friendly and always ask me about my day or what new things I’ve been doing. They make me feel valued. It’s not necessary but it certainly makes your day that much better. And speed is never an issue with them. They are always on top of things.

I love this newly remodeled SB inside Randall’s! It’s got everything that I ever want, including food & specialty mugs/bottles. It’s getting 5 stars specifically for barista Wendy. I don’t know her personally but she’s so nice to chat with every time I stop in, and makes good suggestions too. She makes it feel like a unique neighborhood coffee shop, IMO. (FYI Some reviewers confuse this in-store location with the full brick & mortar Starbucks around the corner.)

This is a very new Starbucks. Inside it is really nice and the out side patio is different than other Starbucks. The patio is covered with fans. The food and drinks are always great.
