In 1947, the Pellicci family opened their restaurant in the Heart of Stamford, its Italian West Side. By 1955, a loyal and expanding clientele made it necessary to enlarge our facilities and our menu which featured a secret family recipe for baked chicken.

Nice atmosphere if you get put in the right place. Understanding waiter that offered us great service. He removed an order from the bill that we thought was something else. Disappointed in the pasta dishes, but pizza was a 10/10. Definitely get that extra plate of bread they offer. Would go back for the pizza. Place is affordable.

Loved this restaurant. Felt so authentic from the second you walked in. Greeted right at the door by several people. Atmosphere was super cute. Food was good. I’ve had better chicken parmesan but it’s just a matter of preference. The tortellini pesto was delicious. Fra Diablo was spicy but had an amazing flavor. Server came by several times to check on us. Wish it was closer to where we live so we could try other dishes.

Understanding & lovely service , we got a seat next to the bathroom & kitchen , not so romantic like we planned. We ordered penne La vodka and it was a bit smaller than we expected and not that pleasing. Pizza was delicious though.

The restaurant had valet parking. First impression was -homey. The place was huge and the staff were pleasant. We ordered a pizza, seafood and 2 pasta dishes. The food was good. The prices on the online menu did not reflect the price of the seafood pasta we got. The scallops and pasta was not worth over $30, in my opinion.

I had lunch with a friend. The food was fantastic and authentic. I had the Pasta Spinach Gorgonzola and my friend had the Chicken Caccitore. We both loved our food and the homey atmosphere. The waiter was pleasant and very attentive. A fantastic experience for both of us!

Great food. Service was great and the food came out very fast. My parents always ate here and as kids we came here a lot. We grew up and didn’t come back until a year ago. We come here often now. Great history and memories here. As an Italian (78%) its great to see Italians running an Italian restaurant.
