Very good food. I had the shrimpelada’s. The red beans and rice were some of the best I have had. Waitress was top notch.

Great little gem. Great food. Had the fried shrimp plate.. really good. Fresh and large. They have crawfish, gumbo, fish, steak and pasta. By the pound or plates available.

Took my mom one of our date nights, our server, a new server NEVER waitressed before, Savanah was amazing to say the least, so personable & thorough. Experience was great. Would recommend 10 outta 10!

Food is good and some staff are excellent. The manager is rude to the point we had to leave. She actually told us when asking for a sub due to an allergy that it couldn’t be done this time and despite having the same sub multiple times in the last two weeks told us “we got away with it multiple times”. We will not be returning purely due to the manager. It is a Shame as most staff and the food are really good.

Went here for lunch on a weekend. Ordered fried shrimp and surf n turf. Both were pretty good but definitely not the best poboy or shrimp we have had. The place was clean and super charming inside. Be warned, a large beer is LARGE! One thing we didn’t like was that they were participating in restaurant week. However, our server said that people have been complaining because the price listed isn’t correct, that it’s much higher, but she wouldn’t tell us how much it was. Why even keep the menus out with the price if they aren’t correct? I wanted the restaurant week meal but she was adamantly against it for whatever reason. Little shady for me. Might give them another try, though.

I recently visited BB’s and was impressed by their boiled crawfish, which had a great flavor and was cooked to perfection. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fried oyster and shrimp. While the seafood was fresh, the frying was just average and didn’t quite meet my expectations. Overall, I would still recommend giving BB’s a try for their delicious boiled crawfish, but you may want to skip the fried options.

7/14/23 Update: Free Appetizer Taste Test- This section is only based on some free appetizers the server brought to our table on this one visit. Clearly this was an experiment, I hope they consider making these changes: Explain to the customer what you just put in front of them. Don’t make me try to figure it out. The cupcake shaped cornbred was dry. Consider serving it with butter. Or, taste your appetizers before you experiment on your customers. Consider asking for feedback. There were three guests at the table and there were three cupcake shaped cornbread things. Everyone wanted to try it. It may have looked like we loved it because they were all gone. In reality, none of us would have ordered it.

Great food. Great happy hour. Had the shrimp and roast beef po boy…sounds like an odd combo but do not knock it till you try it! Generous portions and great value.

We sat outside on the covered patio, the waitress was attentive, and made friendly conversation with us, we were a large group. Everyone else got their appetizers and entrée way before I did. I waited a very long time for my meal. Thankfully, our waitress made it right by discounting my meal 50% for the inconvenience. In the end, my chimichurri steak and greens were delicious. My husband had tex-Cajun fries, which he highly recommends. He also had their pasta. It wasn’t Pasta Mardigras good (pappadeux), but it was close.

We stopped into BB’s for the Houston Restaurant Weeks menu and we were not disappointed! We aren’t big seafood eaters, so we hadn’t been in before but the menu had a lot of non-seafood options. Portions were HUGE, if you leave hungry it’s your fault! The food was flavorful and our server Evan was 5 stars!
