place is always good. What tick’s me off iis that there is NO tip jar!! Dunks is always busy. $15 an hour is not liveable. I have had so many food jobs and I’m honestly disgusted with the company that they won’t let them get tips. Dunkin you’re a multi billion dollar business and can’t let your worker’s get tip’s. That is so wrong!

I go here for coffee every morning and they always make it the way I like it. Service is fast! Sucks they can’t take tips here which I believe is ridiculous. Horrible…. idk who is training these guys and idk whats going on with Mike! Before he would never let any of this fly! One of many bad experiences lately, I asked for a corn muffin heated with butter, this man hands me a corn muffin not cut, warmed in the microwave with a slab of butter on the top, barely noticeable slave of butter, I order ice latte, where’s the ice? I got a latte room temp in an ice cup….. im done going to this location and the salem location, horrible!

For the past 4 days every time i get 2 hot lg lattes when i grab them it feels empty and sure enough i take lid off and the cup is filled 1/3 way full that is disgusting i am paying almost 5 dollars a piece the foam doesnt mean to be filled to top it evaporates it is steamed milk with a thin froth on top train your employees better your employees are basically scaming people with u pay for a certain size u should be getting what u pay for

THE BEST of all the DD around. I actually drive to this Swampscott location from Salem because the difference in quality is noticeably better. More bacon on their sandwiches and fresh. No joke. Someone should make this a training store for Beverly, Salem and especially Lynn.
