The garnish seemed like it was older. Wilted lettuce and soft tomatoes. I ordered the large combo and a cheese crisp. Everything was pretty good but the garnish. They also reported they had no hot sauce only medium. I was a bit disappointed in that. Gave 5 stars for atmosphere because I dined out.

I ordered a burger and when it came out, I noticed the bun was bigger than the burger, the bottom bun was soggy from absorbing the grease, it was dry and tasteless. As well as had limp shredded lettuce that tasted like bag shredded lettuce like it hadn’t been washed. I asked for ranch, and they don’t even make their own ranch dressing. Disappointed and dissatisfied is the least of the experience I had.

Used to get the same thing every time because I knew it was good, idk if they changed the recipe or what but they were the nastiest enchiladas I’ve ever had and the first batch came out burnt, sent them back, sited they were burnt and the lady really tried to argue with me like I don’t know what burnt food tastes like. Second batch kinda the same thing, idk if it was old, used up burnt grease or what. Definitely good on not returning to find out.

Don’t order Fajita Fiesta to go. It’s a yummy item and they will NOT separate it for you. They don’t care about their customer to package it separately, so your chips will not be soggy before you get to eat it. I will not order from this location again.

8 tacos with 2 ice tea’s with tip $45 out the door. Have to start having tacos nights at home. They were tasty but a little flour with a spoonful of meat, ridiculous. I’m not sure the food service industry will make it.

So disappointed. I have been ordering the same dish, no matter location since I was in high school which is probably longer ago than the staff was born. My son even worked there. Tonight’s experience was the single worst ever. Not sure I will get carry out again. My entree was so overdone in the microwave that I couldn’t peel it off of the paper boat. My husband’s was the same. Since I was craving it , the fact I couldn’t enjoy it was worse.

I’m not much for Mexican food for one thing. But this Rudy’s is probably your best choice in quad cities if your looking to satisfy a Mexican food craving. Good service, good atmosphere,clean facility . Fast service more times then not.

Well, this was the last Rudy’s on my list to see if it would disappoint and guess what? It did! I had high hopes since this is the closest one to home. My wife and I came in since we had a Tap On It and thought if the food or drink was not good that at least we were only out half as much.
