Served me worst coffee of my life. The lady who took my order was so nice and was running the whole show, there was one other lady there screaming at her that she made the coffee already, but obnoxiously, more cream than coffee and no sugar when I asked for just normal cream and sugar. Just an overall weird visit to this Dunkin. When we arrived there was someone getting a refund. We ordered two Pumpkin Cream Cold Brews and when we got them they were not coffee but Iced Tea… with cold foam on top. We are throwing them out. While we were waiting for our order what seemed like the owner parked illegally in the handicapped stripped spot half in the spot. When he came in he demanded a donut and then left. When we were leaving a guy from the drive through came in because he was missing his donuts and munchkins from his order and the workers were very rude to him. Literally not one single customer while we waited had a good experience. Go to the new one right down the street.

Drive thru line always takes at least 10 minutes because they don’t have enough workers. Even on a Sunday morning, cannot keep up with demand. They consistently give me iced tea that tastes like coffee, and wake up wraps thrown together and falling apart in the bags. Dunkin food and drink isn’t hard to get wrong but this place manages to mess it up.

The ladies working were so kind and so helpful (my gift cards weren’t loading) and 5 stars to them. But the coffee was super sweet and the food (bagel and cream cheese,) is just Dunkin. Now that my gift cards ($40!) Don’t work I won’t visit again. But I’m not missing much.

It was terrible. The bagel was burnt and the cream cheese was plopped on there with no care to spread it. A huge wasteful amount of cream cheese. The tomatoes in the avocado toast were spoiled and the sourdough bread was not fresh. Asked for a croissant for the turkey sausage and egg sandwich and received an English muffin instead. The boxes we received the toast in were dirty on the outside with random bacon bits in between two of them (nothing we ordered had bacon in it and we specifically asked for no bacon for dietary restrictions) We were the only car for a while before someone else pulled in behind us and the order took a long time to get. Also, the main donuts people usually buy were not available. Will not be returning here.

They’re never busy when I go through drive thru, sometimes I’m the only car there. They will still take awhile to get my single beverage order. The workers there are often rude and make my order out to be an inconvenience to them chatting between themselves. Just make your coffee at home or take the extra 5-10 minutes to stop at another dunkin.
