We ordered pizza from this location before, and their pizza has been ok, but today they delivered us burnt pizza. In addition it took them an hour and a half to deliver it. I wish the pizza is worth to wait but very disappointed.

Pizza was fine. Had to add something to complete my order for it to total out to $13 max so I chose the new “cheesesteak bites” 2/10. They were room temperature and there is no REAL meat for the cheesesteak; the brown burnt pieces that are shown in the picture below almost was used as a seasoning- use real meat and have the option to at least add more meat for a reasonable price. There is also no Alfredo sauce or the option for extra. Do better Dominos I’m from up north and I rely on your pizza.

Recently, I purchased 10 pizzas for a birthday party. Some of the pizzas were supposed to have steak as the topping, but unfortunately, there was barely any steak on each slice. I decided to reach out to Domino’s customer service and was asked to fill out a super long form, which required a lot of personal information, including my own mailing address. Despite submitting the form about 10 days ago, I haven’t received any updates yet. As a loyal customer of Domino’s, this recent experience, coupled with their apparent lack of regard for customers, has left me feeling extremely frustrated.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ordered from. I’ve ordered many times from this location and never had an issue. I have never felt like I had to leave a bad review for a place but here I am. When I tried to place an order after having one ordered messed up the manager Leila at this location was very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t even let me explain the situation with my order. They wanted to charge me for the delivery even though they messed up the order. Why should you even order from a place that is unorganized and unprofessional. If I was the GM I would do a house sweep because these one star reviews just keep piling up. I will be ordering from the next location like other people in this review are saying, I agree with them. Save your time and money.
