For “fast” food, this is a great place to get a hearty meal. I arrived during the peak lunch rush and it took about 15min to get my order….. WORTH THE WAIT! The grilled chicken taste like you grilled it yourself on the backyard grill. The sides were fantastic also. I got my whole meal for under $10.

This is probably some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. I also tried the Cole slaw, Macaroni and cheese, bean soup and chips & queso. They were excellent. I will definitely be back! It was so good that I forgot to take pictures of the food first 🙂

First I wish we had these Pollo Loco restaurants in the Jackson Mississippi area. They are really good. The price are pretty fair. Everything is made fresh and the flavors are so authentic. I tried a chicken burrito. Can’t remember it’s menu name but it was awesome. If you’re a burrito or warp fan you will love it. They also offer bowls. Kinda of like Moes Southwest a little but better in my opinion. Spent 8 bucks.

This is a great local Baton Rouge, Louisiana taste of California. El Pollo Loco serves traditional open pit roasted chicken in many great forms. If you’re embarking on a new diet change or just generally like some well seasoned roasted chicken in different forms like burritos salads regular chicken and other ways do yourself a favor and try them out. This is the place to be. This location also caters. They also have drive thru service.

Every time I stop here I’m shocked it’s not as busy as you would expect. I’m assuming it has to be because it’s so new to the area and people are afraid to branch out. The food at this place is phenomenal. Always fresh, delicious, Mexican food that doesn’t make you feel terrible after. The service is always great as well. Super quick and friendly. The churros are my favorite for a quick dessert. Give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed!!

Me and my husband picked up dinner here tonight because we live in the area and had never been. I am seriously impressed with the quality of this “fast food.” I wish I would have taken a picture of my “overstuffed shredded beef quesadilla” because it was absolutely delicious!
