Today I went to to buy a burrito mind you I never go to this Moes. One of the topping I had were beans .the taste of them were horrible. You can tell these beans were not fresh at all-and probably two days old .. The one on the Dracut line Is definitely a 5Star. I’m all set with ever coming back to this place. And yes I’m still going to eat my burrito because there’s people dying of hunger in this world. If not.. I’d trash it . New management is needed that actually cares about giving their customers best service and food.

Visited this location on 05/29/23 between 3-4pm. This location has one of the worst ratings amongst ALL of the Moe’s Southwest Grill locations in Massachusetts and I can totally see why. First impressions, we walked in and were not greeted (at all other Moe’s locations, they ALWAYS say “Welcome to Moe’s!”). Also there was no music playing, no customers, no food cooking, the glass doors were filthy and the bathroom smelled disgusting. The place felt dead and had no energy. We were so disgusted we walked out and did not order any food… I just wouldn’t have felt comfortable consuming food from this place and judging from the one employee working there (that hadn’t even acknowledged us)… it’s highly likely it would’ve been a bad experience. How is it Chick-fil-A is able to find employees with pride that care? Find better people, train them and have higher standards!

We ordered catering for 25 people and had a great experience. Food was ready on time and packaged really well. Quantities were generous and food tasted good. We would order catering from Moe’s Chelmsford again.

Rude and Racist Manager: This location had issues receiving online orders today (told by the employees working there). I placed an online order via Moe’s app, but they are not seeing it in their system for some reason. I showed the app order and bank transaction as proof, but they took my money and refused food. When I called the manager Janvi Oza to report it, she responded very racist and rudely. #Moes #racist #rude

We had a luncheon here yesterday and the only thing this place was lacking were flies but don’t worry they will be returning in a few weeks. Their rice is bland and their meats look like canned dog food…. I did manage to eat my entire burrito but that’s only because I’m partially insane.

Omg what a horrible bowl it was so disappointing. I’ve gone before the pandemic and the food was decent my only complaint was a heavier man working the counter idk his name was as miserable as they come insanely rude other than that no real complaints. Since the pandemic I’ve gone a few times the portions weren’t great but ok enough. The chips were stale everytime but since they were a free side item I would try them and throw them away wishing the would send an employee undercover to chili’s to learn how to make chips or maybe and least make them daily and add salt? So today I get home and open the bag and see these two bowls and almost fainted. It looks like they measured the meat with a thimble and placed 3 shreds of lettuce and 2 tablespoons of the fake cheese dennys uses(it doesn’t even melt or connect) over a bed of yesterdays dried flavorless rice. The rice is definitely not fresh it tastes like rice reheated from yesterday and its supposed to be cilantro rice all I found in it was a mushy leaf maybe a bay leaf and the rice was so old it became mushy like spinach. The ground beef was also old and dry usually its liquidy and flavorful maybe it was heated too many days in a row. Its was a sad flavorless mess I’m sure the residents in the nursing home and prisoners in the prisons would turn down this “food” for whatever is on on their menu which I’m sure tastes a lot better. Maybe the angry man made the food I didn’t go inside and see the workers my passenger did. It seems things have gone way downhill since the pandemic the standards have slipped without the customers in there viewing everything I’m guessing a lot of older food is being used or I think in my case they pulled someone’s bowls from last week out of the dumpster and threw them in a bag with some sandpaper chips and called it a day. Very disappointing lunch they should be embarrassed for serving that mess.

The new management is much improved. I appreciate the great service. My main issue is the workers scoop like every chunk of meat is coming out of their pockets. I’m sure it’s just they were freshly trained or something but watching an employee shake a serving spoon for 5 second straight to make sure the customer doesn’t end up with some extra food is kind of embarrassing. It’s not worth making the customer feel like they are getting cheated out over 5 cents worth of toppings. Better to make every person coming in feel like they got more than they even asked for. Hopefully they’ll loosen up.

Went today. Service was fairly quick but their portions as others have said are quite stingy. I got a burrito bowl, the soccer chicken was a bit dry and it was about 1/2 cups worth. Very small amounts of rice and beans even, and the beans still had a good amount of water so the bowl was a bit soggy. Even lettuce didn’t go far, container was filled about halfway, and it was over $11. I’ll be staying away from this location.

I’m done with this location. The former management had it’s problems, but this new crew can’t seem to get its act together after a few months in operation (and numerous second chances). The dining area looks like no one can be bothered to clean it; dirty tables and floors when there’s no sign of a lunch rush is not acceptable. The quality of the food is noticeably in decline compared to what it used to be, and the person preparing it offers the smallest portions I’ve ever seen at a Moes (and I’ve been going to various locations for 15+ years). I had to practically beg for chips with my burrito bowl (which are stale), and then get lectured by the cashier that there is no regular or small soda; only a large or a water cup. The fancy Coke machine is then missing 2/3 of the flavored syrups. This about as a bad a fast causal dining experience as I’ve had in a long while. If you are hungry while in this shopping strip, I’d recommend the Five Guys or the Panera Bread a few doors down. They understand how to treat customers, and run a restaurant.

Filthiest restaurant I have ever entered rotten lettuce on soggy outdated food. Waitstaff unclean as well.
