Employees need to do better, poor quality pizza. The last two times there has been barely any sauce on the pizza, the toppings were put on incorrectly. It’s frustrating to pay money and not receive the quality food you expect.

The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars was not because of the food. The pizza was really good and delicious it was the fact that I had to use other means of payment in store to where I could not take advantage of the online coupons and no one in the store would help me out with a discount so I ended up paying $24 extra because my card was not excepted online for payment. There should be no difference between an online coupon and in store. Customers should be able to save either way.

Good pizza friendly staff. Can get busy. Don’t like how prices stay the same yet management keeps putting less and less toppings. Very stringent on employees measure out toppings exactly as they have listed. On a positive plug every Tuesday and large pizza $10. That is usually our pizza day of the week.

This establishment was a good experience for my daughter and I, I am new to the area and didn’t want to cook that night and so we went here to Papa Murphys Pizza. The woman at the counter was courteous and sweet and the individuals who made our order were very courteous and respectful as well. This is the closest papa murphys from my house. But the last 3 times we’ve been in here we got over charged on the prices, that were advertised on the board, and pizzas really badly prepared. I’ve been going to papa Murphy’s for years but now I will no longer go to this pizza chain. My husband is on the phone right now complaining to the workers and their excuse is “We only make minimum wage!” This is very horrible plus they have been getting complaints from other customers about this same problem. We ask to speak to a manager and they say there is no manager to speak to. I wish I could post a picture of this 18$ pizza on this review because it’s that horrible.
