There are 3 El Charro Tapatio in Porterville, but this location is the BEST one. Everything is always delicious and fresh. We really like the elderly lady in there. She is just genuinely happy and so sweet all the time. She is really good what she is doing, fast and super friendly. The restaurant is looking run down in past 10 years. If I could recommend one thing is I wish this place could be more clean, but over all you can’t beat the quality of food and service. Strongly recommend!
