I was craving sushi rolls and this was spur of the moment. They only have California rolls. The rolls are pretty fat so the breakup and make a mess after the first bite. I also tried chicken teriyaki bowl, I would have preferred Panda express version over this one. Since the prices is reasonable I probably will try their other menu items.

Must be new owners ,got a beef combo plate and cali. Roll , as soon as i opened up the plate i knew it wasnt the same , the salad was like chopped/shredded stale lettuce and the shrimps were tiny , Soda was flat , california roll was stiff and old , and the meat tasted old , didn’t even finish it and wasted 20$

If you think Yoshinoya tastes like a wet rag. This is the place for you! Best teriyaki I’ve ever had. Always went when I lived in compton, and will go every time I visit southern california. Go there. Chicken/beef teriyaki only comes in large and that’s not a problem at all. My favorite and I don’t even like beef.

Calling in order didn’t make a difference still had to wait just to be charged for the wrong order, charged a second time to pay difference once they figured out my correct order, but what happened next has me questioning any future visits… they had already handed me a large drink which I told the girl in drive-thru I ordered 2 med drinks not large which should’ve been their 1st flag to confirm order. Looked at me so confused then closed drive-thru window so I put straw in cup to take drink not to mention this drink had been sitting in car the whole time I’m waiting for them to get it together then when I asked for the 2nd drink since I was charged the additional amount the girl was told to get the drink back! I only hope the car behind me was paying attention and that they did not pull out straw and serve the same soda!??! Didnt expect they’d take away large drink since 1) they’re mistake not mine, 2) inconvenience of charging my card 2x’s again due to their mistake, 3) the whole wrong order issue, and 4) safety/health concerns due to covid.

Not good like it use to be the teriyaki taste and look watered down. Customers service is awful. I order a chicken burger and it was only meat on one side if the burger smh. I had to give my son half of my food cause ofc he was still hungry after eating the bread burger lol all bad. Save your money and visit the one on mlk blvd much better and flavourful.
