The food is always great I suppose that’s why we come back. This last visit I was just grateful to have decent interactions with the current employees once I passed their “vibe check” and I just got a water because in the past the drinks are usually not stocked or the tables wiped down. I’ve struggled the last two times I’ve picked up an online order. The first time, they ran out of queso, so my order was not ready when I picked it up. I only had a half-hour lunch so I didn’t have time to eat my lunch. The second time, they ran out of chips, so I didn’t get my chips and queso. (I was super hungry, so I was very bummed.) Both times, the employees apologized and, on the first incident, offered me a free drink while I waited. On the second incident, they wrote my name down and assured me I would get my chips and queso on my next visit since I had already paid online. I went back two days later and got my chips and queso, and they were delicious. I’ll still order online because their app is so easy and convenient. I’m just hoping I can eat my lunch without incident.

Consistently receive terrible customer service at this specific establishment. They refuse service to people when there’s “too many people in line” they hate serving the customer consistently only giving one scoop when asking for double meat. They make you feel bad for being there and almost always wrap the burrito like it’s there first time on the job. The culture built around this place is anything but good. Will never be going there again.
