The service was good our waiter was pleasant and attentive. However, the food was bla. The kids enjoyed their chicken tenders with fries. My grilled octus was lacking flavor. The grilled bacalhau was ok.

First and last time I’ll ever go to this place. My stuffed quahog tasted like refrigerator odor, the calamari was definitely from a bag and our main meal, the francesinha, was a joke! The sauce they put on the sandwich was pink vodka sauce, the bread was too thick, and the meat cut was too thick as well with a nice piece of fat running through it. This is absolutely not the way they make it in Portugal. I’m going to forget this restaurant exists.

I’ve been here several times before but this time was the first in a while. The room they put us in was kind of like the greenhouse room. It was very large and decorated for Christmas beautifully. For food and drink, I had house merlot and ordered the grilled cod with veg and chickpeas. It was very good. They give you good portions here so you won’t leave hungry.

Very delicious food. Octopus grilled to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Shrimp Mozambique cooked well with good flavor and not too sour. Everything tasted fresh. Restaurant has good atmosphere and service was good. Highly recommended!

My wife and I both ordered the Portuguese soup and bread basket. Omg was this delicious. I love their soup, the brisket was meaty and chunky. The soup was great for dipping the bread in.

I am born and raised in Azores/Portugal. The food here is an okay and it is only a Portuguese style food. Not an authentic Portuguese food. I am surprised many people liked it. I think they forgot something about a true authentic Portuguese culture. In America, no Portuguese restaurants are the same as in Ponta Delgada, and in Portugal at all. The taste was absolutely different and it was an okay. Not great taste at all. And the building outside look a little bit outdated and old. Not very neat building at all from the outside. And in the bathrooms looks terrible. A disappointment but I give it a 2 stars. It is not AUTHENTIC PORTUGUESE FOOD at all!

Great food, bread, and beer. I came here with a friend. The server brought fresh and warm bread to start. The bread was really good. I had the Portuguese steak for dinner. It was really good. The fries were fresh. We had a good time. It was a little noisy. I think there was an event going on, so music was a little loud. I will definitely come back.
