I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and I haven’t noticed any change in the food except that the menu has expanded. The new staff is super friendly and outgoing, keeping with the spirit of the establishment. I admit, I’m pretty adverse to change myself, but the changes here haven’t left me wanting for anything. Except maybe bringing back the Joe Tea!

In all transparency I have only been here once. One day I was craving a breakfast sandwich and I remember seeing this place when I moved to the area a while back. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese. It was simply ok, no love LOL just pushing out orders. Another thing I didn’t really care for was the customer service. She just wasn’t friendly, it was like she was just rushing like I was a robot, I was only person there LOL. I would say thank you and please and ……….NOTHING. Also they only offer pork as a option. I love PORK, I promise I do but sometimes I do like spare my arteries and order turkey bacon/sausage

Decent food here. Nothing that extremely great on our first visit, but a good place to get a sandwich if you’re in the area. It’s also within walking distance of the park across the street which is nice if you want to get a sandwich and have a picnic over there.

My favorite sandwich place of all time. The restaurant has recently gone under new management/ownership, but I assure all the die-hard fans that the sandwiches are as “just” as they ever have been, and to anyone who hasn’t been here yet, what’s taking you so long! Yes, you can now get Korean BBQ here, but the sandwiches are still as terrific as ever. Meats sliced to-order, fresh veggies, and the bread – oh the bread! Get a turkey club with the works, some Dipsey-Doodles, and a bottle of seltzer and experience NJ sub Nirvana.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches from this dump. They gave me 2 pieces of bread with Swiss cheese. No meat. No mayo. Lazy staff. Incompetent. Better delis everywhere.
