I placed an order online and it charged my card, the website said it was ready for pickup and the store was closed. The website and the physical store do not sync there operation hours. It charged my card and when I called the store, I get irritating automated ads for loaded potato bites. it keeps me on hold forever. Very dissatisfied.

Nothing wrong with the pizza. It is standard Domino’s Pizza. However, it is not reliable delivery orders. Three attempts were made for a delivery order in the span of July and August, and it was always they do not have a delivery driver. Sounds as if they have a staffing problem. If delivery orders cannot be fulfilled, then make it aware for customers when attempting to order online.

I placed order in 5:05pm, got pizza only in 3 hours, at 8.30. I called 3 times, no one picked up the phone. The track order option about 2 hours have been showing that I don’t have any orders, only at 8pm I got some updates. I have no idea, what happened with this store, before I didn’t have problems. This is very frustrating. But in general, pizza was good, even it was hardly warm.

I ordered 7 pizzas online from the Pittsboro NC store, to feed our clients staff of 15, to be delivered at noon. 12:30 and no pizza, 1:00 no pizza. We were calling and calling with no answer. The store was literally directly across the street from our office so I drove over there and it was closed, no lights on and they had charged my card $143.57! I went back around 2:30 and there was one woman running around like crazy. I told her what happened and that I wanted a refund. She said she would cancel the order and refund the money to my card. NO REFUND! So I’m calling and calling with no answer and no refund!!! I live three hours away so I’m limited to trying to contact them by phone. It ain’t workin!
