Stopped here for Margarita Monday. The service was good. The margaritas were very watery. But for 3.99 I guess you can’t complain. Bar is super small. Would not suggest a bar if you are claustrophobic.

Excellent Ranchero Especial. A nice combination of chicken and steak filets plus a chicken enchilada. The rice, pico de gallo and refried beans sides were very good. The barkeep was friendly and prompt. She brought out the chips and salsa quickly. She also did the prompt follow-up check on the entree and second drink. The chips are very good and crispy. The salsa was good but could use a little bit more heat. The ambiance is nice here. Good bar to eat solo at.

I liked the restaurant, I expected more from the food. The problem is that the menu is too big and that affects the quality. The atmosphere was great and service was pleasant. The beer margarita with passion fruit was yummy. I look forward to more visits with hopefully better food.

First off, food is amazing. I haven’t had Mexican food this good since leaving California, and to be honest, runs with the big boys there. Prices are way fair, staff is friendly. Lastly, to say the food is quick is understatement. Definitely go.

I went there last night with my family for the first time. I ordered some meal that came in a pineapple. I didn’t like it at all. My family liked their food. Great dessert. Great drinks. But when I told the waitress I didn’t like the meal she didn’t offer anything else or even offer to comp the meal. I am a manager of a restaurant in west Hartford. I understand how the restaurant business works. I also drove 40 minutes to come here. I’m just a little surprised that she didn’t even offer a discount of any sorts.i always go above and beyond to keep my customers happy and coming back. I won’t be coming back. I spent alot of money there and it was like nothing to them.. I’m giving it 3 stars because my family seemed happy with their food. I also didn’t like where we sat. It was so dark. I had to use the light on my phone to see the menu..

Went to eat here for dinner on 2/3/17 and it was horrible. The drinks were okay our appetizers were fine, but when it came down to our actual meals it was bad. The food was very bland , the rice had a gummy texture and our burritos had some sort of white melted cheese on top that tasted like Kraft cheese. Our waitress was nice and did her job very well so we didn’t make a huge fuss, we tipped her agreed to not argue about the food but said to each other we won’t be back. It was a huge waste of $61.00 never again I was so disappointed.
