They did horrible. I ordered a Biggie bag and didn’t get the fries. The four piece was supposed to be spicy and it was regular. I ordered a six piece spicy and it was regular. They forgot my frosty and my DoorDash. I had to go back for it and I ordered ice water that they didn’t put ice in.

I feel sorry for these workers. There were short staff, overworked and seemed tired. Add more staff and service will be faster. We waited almost 20 minutes before they took the order and because I asked for service. Wendy quality of food is not there anymore. The Chilli was not good and only 2 beans. They need to do a total make up of this wendy if they want to keep on business.

After I placed my order at the drive through, it took over 20 minutes for me to get my food. When I said that my pretzel bacon burger was cold, the guy who brought my food out said I got my food and to leave as I was stressing him out. Never got a receipt, a spoon for my smoothie, or any napkins.

Typical Wendy’s restaurant. I went during the mid-afternoon and got a regular order and the food was warm. I wish they could make their food hotter or not seem like the bird had been seeing on the grill for a while when they served it.

This Wendy’s takes forever. Order a junior bacon with cheese and it took over 15 mins just for one small item. And i was the only one in the drive through. Absolutely terrible. If there was a way to give no stars I would.

If you want to go to a fast food restaurant and guarantee that your food order will be wrong this is the place. Should’ve learned from the last time I went there and ordered the new pretzel burger and they gave me a single plain burger and a small fry.
