Taco Fiesta is a little restaurant in Roosevelt that serves good food in large portions. I ordered the Small Carne Asada Nachos. My husband and son ordered the Fiesta Tacos and the Chimichanga. All of them had great flavor. The tacos and chimichanga came with rice and refried beans. I really liked the beans. My hubby and son disagreed on the love for the rice. I didn’t love the rice either, but not everything is loved by everyone.

Staff was friendly and fluently bilingual. Store was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of coffee or fountain drinks, all drinks are canned or bottled. Nachos were good.

Amazing! Carne Asada tacos are where it is at. The meat is seasoned well and the caramelized onions that come on the side are great on your taco. The tacos come with a white cheese, carne asada, onions, and cilantro with choice of mild or hot sauce. I like the tacos with guacamole personally.

I would highly recommend this fine food institution. The tacos are amazing, packed, and will leave you wondering why you never grew up here eating these tacos every day. This place belongs to the triage of great food eateries in Roosevelt… the other being Marions and Round Robin!
