Kayla was the person we dealt with and I can not see myself ever returning to this place again, order was not correct, and I heard this lady actually take pleasure in stealing other people’s family pets and taking them to a shelter, honestly this place should vet its employees better, not to mention her attitude was disgusting, she was clearly already mad about something else in her day.

Our appetizer was delicious, we had the crab dip. The entrees, however, were a bit disappointing. The steak tacos were bland and the pepperoni roll sandwich I believe it was called was also bland and more roll than anything else.

Terrific food and super friendly staff. Matt and Amanda are great! Worth going back for sure, which I did on back to back nights. Same great service, same quality of food. Crab dip was very tasty. Coming from the Eastern Coast I didn’t think you would get quality crab dip in WV, but you will at the Copper House! If I’m ever in the area again, I am definitely coming back.
