Low score for long wait. This establishment is in my opinion fast food. But whenever I order it’s an hour wait, so I end up leaving. This is a large Co. with 1,700 + stores, yet they still can’t or don’t care how to reduce wait times, they must know by now when it slow and busy and prepare for those times, with staff or more or larger equipment.

The customer service is horrible the manager has no customer service, one of the employees was rude and refused to give me his name, I had to cancel an order and I wanted a name for reference and the employee refused to give it to me over the phone I had to drive to the location to get the name to find out the person over the phone wasn’t even the manager. I show up there and the manager is hiding his employee in the back so that I don’t get even a description on him to report him to corporate people like him shouldn’t be working customer service.

Been here a couple times before, had a good experience but the this time I have a few complaints 1. The cashier girl has to be a little more enthusiastic 2. The manager over at this wing stop a female. Literally needs to find a job she likes. The way she was just screaming at me through the phone because they didn’t send my drinks is very un acceptable. She tried to make it seem like I was yelling at her because I corrected her lie. She got the right one though. I am calling cooperate. One thing for certain and two things for sure. Ask for all flats didn’t get them but I didn’t pay for them in there because they made a error and the manager Sandra hung up on me so fast before I could tell her the fries were so cold and the chicken is so tough you could barely eat it and they left all the feathers at the bottom around the wings disgusting.
