Second time in 2 weeks I bought dinner from here for my family and again I can’t get a chicken club sandwich this is pathetic spending money and can’t get anything right the first time I let it go no big deal but if Im spending money for 4 here the order needs to be right. Well…. I got my food I paid for but not my DRINK/sprite that came with it… not even a thank you at the drive thru. I wasn’t going to turn around for it. Food was hot but the fries taste funny like what type of oil do yall use for the fries .Zaxby’s give out one sauce for all your food and on top of that they put that sauce pack in with your fries that some many hands touch Zaxby’s yall need to stop that.

My grandkids love Zaxby’s. I get them supper once or twice a month. We go through the drive thru. It’s fast and our order has always been right. The staff is friendly and always has a smile. That’s hard to find these days.

My family loves Zaxby’s I did an online order and picked up curbside I had the bogo buy one 10 piece traditional wings get 10 free well I get home and I have seven wings in each box I mean it isn’t cheap either to get shorted someone can’t count !
