Promised delivery within 39 minutes. Pizza arrived 85 minutes later, cold and limp. Garlic knots were cold and hard like little flavored rocks. Management offered no discount, only to cancel order – this AFTER being on hold for 15 minutes. Terrible experience.

Placed order and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up, was told it would be AT LEAST 30 minutes before they could start on the order. Needless to say, we cancelled that order and got a pizza from another company. Doubtful we will ever use Papa John’s again.

My family ordered pizza from Papa Johns at this Spanish fort/ daphne / malbis location. We had a slight issues with our order. Went in store today only to be greeted by amazing customer service. For the slight Inconvenience with our order they customer service was beyond. The GM and the cook on duty were awesome!! It’s difficult to find workers in todays economy.Give those people a raise they quite deserve it.

we ordered a pizza online, and when I got to the restaurant, went to the counter, and it was like I was invisible – 2 other customers and a doordash got service before I was even acknowledged. Finally, a female employee that had been on the sidewalk smoking, came inside and also ignored me (and didn’t wash her hands, which is disturbing), so i called the resturant from their lobby and asked them if my pizza was ready. She got snippidy with me and said “why didn’t you just ask me? If she hadn’t been on the sidewalk, I would have, and if the employee she left behind the counter would have noticed that there was a customer STANDING IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER, I would have asked him also. I get that there’s a labor shortage, and you have to hire who will work, but goodness gracious….that’s bad. Pizza was ready the whole time, so of course it was cold when I got it home.
