I went to chipotle today and ordered four bowls to go. While I was eating, I noticed there was an unrecognizable taste and feeling that did not seem right. I examined the food and noticed the lettuce had dirt! Unfortunately, all the bowls had some lettuce with dirt.

The food and service were pretty good. The bigger issue was the way they closed burrito bowl. They didn’t close it all the way (the lid) and when I got into my car, it leaked out and made a mess. The bottom of the bag was ripped because of the leaking bowl, and it got all over my lap.

They are continuously having up signs that say they are out of change and if you can’t pay with a credit or debit card, you won’t get exact coin change back. Of course they don’t round in your favor. I understand that there was a coin shortage during the worst of the pandemic, but that shouldn’t be happening now.

Really depends on who is working the line. Sometimes I get that hero that makes my plate feel heavy and other times I get that stingy kid . I can ALWAYS rely on getting my food in less than 5 min. From ALL the times I have been there, I have had some of the quickest service ever! Tables are pretty clean, don’t like that metal finish though, but it is okay. Food is fine, but I would like to see their stuff restock faster. Like if I as for fajitas, I am fine with you giving me what is left, but I want a full serving so please give me some from the new batch, not just give me the scraps and moving on. Etc

I ordered a bowl to be delivered. The ingredients ordered were carnitas, fresh tomato salsa, brown rice, cheese,guacamole, lettuce, fajita veggies and black beans. I RECEIVED was carnitas, lettuce, pinto beans & lettuce. NO brown rice, NO fajita veggies, NO cheese, NO black beans, NO cheese, and NO fresh tomato salsa. I have a sloppy soupy mess that I paid $25 to have ordered from Uber Eats. I am SO ticked off!!!!! I called the store & no one answers. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!
