We pulled into the drive-thru and were told to come inside to place our order (no reason why). We park, go inside, there is one person at the counter. A young lady yells from the kitchen I can fix his order, but after that, that’s it. I’m out of chicken it’s going to be 45 mins. IT’S 5:45 YOU CLOSE AT 8:00 PM. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CHICKEN AT DINNER TIME?

Waited in line to order my food and wax told they would be right with me to order. Five minutes went by and there was an online order that getting picked up and instead of taking my order, the coworker looked right at me and wouldn’t say anything to me and walked away. I left and looked at the reviews and I can see why there are so many bad ones over good ones is that the service sucks at the Racine location. Maybe it’s time for better management and better training. Definitely is going down hill.

i see lots of bad reviews. must be a bad timing thing for them because this has been the best experience at KFC ever. the guy that took our order was SUPER nice he delivered our food to us. awesome manners. great guy THANK YOU. everything was super hot and fresh. chicken A1!!! thank you kfc people for making this a fabulous experience. also was going to take a picture but i already ate it all because it was so good. 🙂

They just rush you and they seemed to get upset about giving us the wrong sauce. Ordered online, I put down 2 honey mustard and 2 kfc sauce. The lady put 4 honey bbq and the other girl said that the lady put 4 honey mustards when she didn’t put nothing else BUT BBQ.

Can’t get what you want, menu items only no substitutions. I wanted a 2 piece meal with only legs because that’s all my kid eats. They said no, not even for an upcharge… just no way to serve a customer what they want. I havent been here in a long time and was looking forward to trying KFC again but not if they care that little about their customers.

Two words…. Comfort Food! KFC chicken is delicious. Our favorite is the KFC Famous Bowl. Mashed potatoes, corn, chicken nuggets, cheese, and gravy. It is soooooo good! It is finger licking good. LOL. I highly recommend KFC!

Actual review is less than 1 star. DO NOT use mobile ordering from this restaurant. An order was placed at 645pm for a tenders and sandwich bucket with pick up time of 715pm. Arrived at restaurant at 716pm but the lobby was closed. I tried using the drive through and was told they didn’t have enough chicken to complete my order and they were closing at 8pm. Someone then said the restaurant could not refund the already paid for meal and to call a different number.

Inside was dirty, good on table, spil on floor never cleaned up. Food bar disgusting, had to wait 20 just to get someone’s attention to refill the chicken in the food bar.. the girls working the window and filling orders were to bust discussing how she was going to wear her hair!!!!!!!! Only descent services was when we ordered.
