The Beez
I saw the same thing when I went in. All I ordered was two large orders of curly fries and it took about 15 minutes to get them. When I did get them they were barely even warm. I was disappointed. There we’re only about four employees actually doing work and about six or seven standing around talking. Not to mention all the flies flying around inside. EDIT: I do appreciate you reaching out but I think I’m done with this location. Also while I was there a woman ordered 5 minutes before me and was sitting there waiting for her order after I ordered. She then got up and placed two more separate orders. Apparently she knew someone behind the counter because she came up 5 minutes later after her final order and asked the guy where her food was and he was kind enough to get her food together for her. While I waited another 5 minutes to get my order of two large fries. I guess it’s who you know.

Forgotten Mysteries
We were the first customers to eat at Arbys in Picayune and our first meal there was wonderful. That being said, every time after that has been terrible. My wife loves the shakes from Arbys, that is the main reason we were eagerly awaiting the opening, but the last couple of times we have ordered shakes, they have tasted like a chemically plastic.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. wanted to try the “ advertised” fish sandwich???? Just shook her head no, we ain’t got that!! so i tried new hushpuppy fish. $8.49 for 5 pieces??? So five “FISHSTICKS” for $8.49 ??When i picked up order i asked where are fries. like in the picture. No fries, you must order meal which is $12.00???? order of fries is 2.36… doesn’t add up??? restaurant was filthy and had to fight off the flies to get condiments!!!!WORST EVER!!!! One good point was that cashier was friendly, not so much for cook staff!

The price was not worth what the 3 of us purchased. Our shoes were sticking to the floor and when we sat to wait for our order our clothes stuck to the seat. Furthermore we watched a young lady with hair down past her knees by the area where the French fries were being made with no gloves flipping her hair around. Sadly this was our first and only trip we will be making to this establishment.

I just don’t like this location ,The lobby is the first thing customers see and on every visit I’ve had every bite of the lobby was dirty,I understand it may be busy at lunch but before crew is able to go smoke,or sit around ,this should be cleaned.Last visit I had there were 9 employees and not 1 said a word as I’m standing there but everyone looked at me ,Then Kia walked over and said “HI I can take your order” just my opinion
