If you are a sushi lover, Fusion Cafe is exceptional! Being our first time here, we went all out. We ordered chicken skewers to start, they were delicious. Then we tried 3 different varieties of sushi to split up and they did not disappoint. They have a nice beer and drink selection too. Service was excellent and it’s a very nice clean place.

We come to Fusion very often. The service is always on point, just like the food, even when they are exceptionally busy. Tonight, we brought my daughter’s bestie in, and she loves it just as much as we do! The staff was very accommodating, even adding more to our order after we finished our original order. I can’t recommend Fusion 1 enough! This is the spot to go for sushi!!!

Nice atmosphere, wait staff is kind. I love the little space it’s in, though I can see busy times being frustrated if you just stopped in. Very consistent sushi rolls, I had the all you can eat for 20 on Thursdays. The salad was unique and delicious. The miso soup is definitely the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Definitely a restaurant to enjoy. The food was excellent. The tomato basil soup was probably the best I’ve ever had. The Cajun beef tips were melt in your mouth delicious. Tender with just the right amount of chewyness. The service was good and friendly and the chef was outgoing and friendly. I will definitely be back and will invite my family too

Horrible customer service, ignored me when I simply asked for straws that were forgotten, man got me one I needed Two bit felt like I was A bother to ask for another, also we still hadn’t been served after a long period of time. We had miso edamame and sushi, the miso should have at least been brought to us. But we couldn’t even get straws. We walked out. It’s not nice to be so involved in a computer you forget your paying customers asking for straws and then you ignore them . So you lost our service. A man and his daughter walked out before us because they hadn’t even gotten drinks yet and they arrived 3 mins after us. Just overall bad experience. I would give no stars if I could .

Just tried Fusion 1 for the first time with some friends and we all loved it! We went for the Sushi Extravaganza and it was a great deal, all you can eat sushi and salad with a bowl of miso soup. Everything was great!

Cozy, romantic upscale resteraunt tucked away by Bay City’s waterfront. Famous for the all-you-can-eat sushi. Has a full menu as well. Also open for lunch, but hours of operation can discourage you. Call ahead. Reservations are definitely recommended. Food comes out slowly as their theory on meals is food should be an experience, not fast. The bananas foster is big enough to satisfy three. Well worth the wait.
