The customer service was nice. I don’t know the worker’s name, he had curly blondish hair and he was really tall I think Caucasian but I am not sure didn’t pay too much attention to his physical characteristics. He was very accommodating and hardworking. I really liked him a lot… The food was okay. It was just a tiny bit too salty for me like it needed another seasoning. I don’t like fried food, but overall it tasted good. Did you know you can get a 32 oz. Drink for only 92 cents?!?! That was awesome. I think it has to be sweet tea, but that’s still a great deal! I watered-down my sweet tea because fried food and sugar are not my friends. Lol. I recommend this place.

I have recently started eating at Chicken Express locations. This was my first time to visit the Sealy location. For a fast food chain, it had good food, great iced tea and the atmosphere was enjoyable. This location appears to be very popular due to the constant flow of customers during my meal. I will definitely go back when in the area.

Ordered delivery from here, and they forgot my fries, okra, biscuit, and seasoning. All they gave me with my order was 3 pieces of old and dried out chicken which was so unenjoyable I ended up just throwing it out after a few bites. I bought nearly $25 worth of food and received less than half of the order, and the food I did receive was the equivalent to garbage. I really liked this place up until now, but I won’t be ordering from here again. Truly pathetic service and quality, and far beyond a simple mistake

Drive-thru: My side order was fried okra. My husband told the girl at the window, “that was supposed to be okra but you put fries in the box”. She looked at the ticket and said, “No. It’s okra”. We got home and it was fries. #1, how could her mind be so bad that she didn’t know what she did 10 seconds earlier,#2, she’s too lazy to open the box and look, basically telling my husband that his eyes are telling him lies. My chicken strips were pale, not golden nor crispy. They should have been cooked longer.
