I have tried to give the Chambersburg location multiple chances and it has never improved. From waiting almost an hour for a pizza that was an apparent “never received order,” to extreme poor quality, to being promised a refund and never receiving it; this location will not get any more opportunities to disappoint. Don’t expect cheese to be on every slice of your pizza either. This location has had way too many chances and I will not return.

Have gone there many times for deep dish. Yesterday paid in drive through and they completely lost my order. Finally checked on after 45 minutes (of course should have checked sooner. ) They said they refunded me but an hour lost. Pizza was tasty as usual. They were super busy. Not too angry; still enjoyed the pizza at home. 🙂

Mondays off from work decided to get pizza, and little caesars came to mind and so I drove to Chambersburg to get one of their deliciously baked and well seasoned pizza. I waited for about 15 minutes and my pizza was ready, I took it home and we enjoyed every slice every crumb. It was so good. Thanks

Place a order almost a hour before picking my food up went to Walmart grocery shopped came to get my food, I’ve been waiting another 35 minutes and my TWO pizzas still are NOT done!! Cheese and Pepperoni you know the most easy ones to make that are supposed to be in the hot box. Than never have enough people working!! Worse little Caesars EVER

This Little Caesars Is a ok spot for take home pizza. The food is still as good as usual however it seems as though either the pizza sauce itself has changed or they are adding something different, which it very well may be a corporate change however my wife and son have noticed the sauce is spicier. My son twice now has screamed while panting after biting into a slice that had been cooled down. My wife has bit into a slice and tasted some pepper that burned her tongue. As far as service it is hit or miss. Some nights I’ve gone and gotten through the drive through relatively fast and others I’ve waited at the window for 40 minutes or so and decided to leave because my son is hungry and can’t wait longer. The atmosphere I’ve given a 3 as we never order in we always Take out so there isn’t much to go on other than the drive through which varies from time to time. All in all the food is OK and the service when it is received is good however it varies when you are taken care of by who is working the window.

Chambersburg love this location. The food is hot and fresh. Waynesboro its hit or miss. Usually the location is closed. When Waynesboro is open the food is old and order online and they will take your money be closed. This location clean OPEN and the food is Good

The food is well cooked, and the pizza is a little bland for my test. Drivethou is alright. Down side the wait, expect 15 to 20 minutes depending on if the person in front of food is done.
