Pretty much a train wreck. Finally someone came to the register and took our order, after sitting there 15+ minutes a young lady bent over the counter and wanted to know if we got our good yet. We said no and she then asked what we ordered. I looked at my wife and said never again. Finally after about a half an hour we got our food.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Charged incorrectly (menu versus actual price were wrong), quesadilla barely had anything at all in it, and cinnamon twists had basically zero cinnamon sugar. Should have read the reviews before stopping.

We need competition here to force Taco Bell to step up! This place is terrible! Went there today because not many other choices & haven’t been to Taco Bell in awhile. Big mistake! Tea came with no ice at all! This is August! Got 2 Deluxe Grilled Cheese Burrito Boxes. Everything crammed into 1 bag, not the boxes. Barely any meat at all! They always tell u to pull up & they will bring to you then they hand it off & walk away, quickly. If there is a problem you have to go inside! If I wanted to go inside, I wouldn’t have used the drive thru! No sauce for tacos, only 1 bag of chips because the other bag was nothing but crumbs! Just awful! Go to Burger King down the road! Hopefully, eventually, corporate will notice the lack of business here & look into it!

This is the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. And this is not a one off. I’ve given it several chances because I like Taco Bell. The drive through is never operational. They always ask you go inside and the wait is still 20 minutes. And this most recent time all of the employees were in the parking lot screaming at each other so no one was getting help. I’d rather drive 20 miles to the next Taco Bell than go here another time

Do not ever go through the drive through to get your food. We’ve eaten here several times since moving to the area and dine in is the only way to go. All 3 times we’ve gone through the drive through, our food has been completely wrong (missing items) or not what we ordered at all PLUS no sauce at all in the bag. Not one packet. Then, of course, no one will answer the phone.

The people running it are so slow. I ordered 2 tacos, 3 5lsyer beefy barritos. I know I waited 30 minutes!! So if your not hungry, taco bell in pelzer is the place to go. If your hungry, n that’s usually why people go to fast food. You’ll really be hungry by the time you get your food. The best is when they get order wrong, or give what you ordered to someone else. Then they have to start over. Another 30 min. People inside the restaurant were saying how they were surprised the place wasn’t shut down. The workers act like they hate their job. I’m sure cause from what I saw there was only 2 people working!! Si they were doing the work of 4. Please help them.

Waited 30 minutes for our food just for it to be cold when we got it. The food was wrapped and put upside down in the bag so when we got home the tacos were all poured out into the bottom of the bag. Spent over $40 just for there to be almost no chicken on the food and food all in the bottom of the bag.
