I always stop at Qdoba when going through Kerrville though it had been a while. We stopped in yesterday for lunch and ordered two burritos a quesadilla, and three cups for water. They wouldn’t give us cups for water and said we had to buy bottles. What? Yep. And they were $3.50 a piece. I eat our quite a bit in my travels and have never seen a restaurant, especially a fast food place, not give cups out for water. Too bad because I like their food but won’t stop there again. That is just ridiculous.

I have been several times and have always been pleased with the food. I went just recently and they lady cashier was down right rude. As she rang up my order, very loudly & across the restaurant, she criticized the nice young man that prepared my food. He prepared my food just fine. She had dark hair, about 5ft 6in tall and she was white. Unfortunately can only give a description of her not a name because she nor any of the other employees were wearing a name tag. It doesn’t matter how much I like the food I will not be going back to this restaurant for awhile.

The review is well deserved. My first time ordering catering from Qdoba and I have to say it was outstanding. I ordered my catering online and it was super easy. Qdoba delivers food hot to your doorstep. John, the owner came in and set everything up, so professional. All entrees were labeled along with the sides. He brought utensils, hot plates, napkins. Food stays hot for an hour. Food was excellent, I had 12 people who loved the food. Thank You Qdoba for making my party a hit.
