For starters, their house chips and salsa may be the best I’ve ever had. My friend and I made a taco sampler plate and the Birria Taco with it’s dipping sauce was everything I dreamed it would be and then some. My second favorite was the flank steak taco and last, but not least the chicken taco (which was my friend’s favorite of the three) so in no way was it not delicious. It was my first visit and I will be back. I’m hungry for it just writing this review! Every bite of everything was so flavorful and perfectly paired with their ingredients.

I came in close to closing time unknowingly, but service was still great and attentive as if they had just opened. My server answered my questions before I even had a chance to ask! If it is your first time, definitely get the drink flight and taco flight to get a little taste of everything. I didn’t get a picture of the chips and salsa because I don’t normally like salsa, but I ended up trying it anyway, and OMG it is delicious and probably the only salsa I’ll ever eat! As a new Nashville resident, this is definitely put on my list of favorites and recommendations for when family visits.

I love the set up. The Vibe was Fan-tabulous along with the music selection. The wait staff was very nice from the time I walked in until I left. The Salsa to the queso to the steak tacos was Fan-tabulous. Everything was so fresh. The only thing I didn’t like was the slippery floor. Kind of a safety liability thing. I will most definitely be returning.

Ordered catering for a ~40 person event and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The team at Pancho and Lefty’s was super responsive to my online inquiry, answered every tiny question, and had the order confirmed days before the event. The price was super reasonable (literally more affordable than most chain restaurants) and everything was ready and neatly packed when I picked up. The food exceeded our and all of our guests’ expectations—it was delicious and everyone asked where it was from. Seriously the BEST SALSA! Would definitely get catering from here again!

Three ingredients and the truth! and the truth is Pancho & Lefty’s is a vibrant and delicious NashMex place. Ingredeinets were fresh and flavorful, staff was welcoming and friendly, decor was colorful and the unique “boot stairway” was so fun! Well-priced for the quality. I will be returning with my family to enjoy more!

This place seems to be genuinely a new York minute hole in the wall tex mex style joint. I think the sauces are just ok but the prices are more than fair. They put the sour cream on the bottom of your taco salad on the plate(as pictured) but not in the food which I respect. Their fried pickles are double breaded pickle spears! So…almost like a vegan chicken tender(excellent touch). The service is cordial but not overly friendly. The kitchen was fast and efficient however this isn’t Ruth Chris and it doesn’t pretend to be. 4 dollar margaritas are insane during happy hour so drink up. I came to see if they can dethrone bartaco for the title of “best margaritta in the city”! Unfortunately it’s not even close on this one. I have poncho and lefty in 7th place right behind taco mamacita. The outlaw margarita is very sweet at this location and the glassware was a bit too colorful in many a sense. If you throw a shot of their ghost pepper tequila in with your happy hour marg you will be impressed(get it on the side). However for the price of one bartaco marg you could have 3 here(no added shot)…just saying. Nah, I’m super saying that this is a great pre game spot. Plus on the 5th of every month they have “all day happy hour”. So maybe I’ll see you out here on the next 5th? I bet they would rent the entire space out to you if you asked. Next 5th? You know where Nashville! I recomend this spot for good cheep drinks, pre gaming and a tex mex fix that won’t break the bank this everyman’s joint will not disappoint! Cheers Nashville!!! The hot chicken and pimento cheese taquitos were delicious. The regular margarita was pretty good, and I really like the 24K margarita. The chicken and waffle tacos had good taste, but the shell was a little too hard. The crunchwrap was tasty.

Loved dining here! Came on a Tuesday night with my mom and had no wait for a table. Service was quick and the food was excellent. Love the design of the inside, very Nash-Mex as they claim on the menu!
