Eat My Biscuits offers Southern style biscuits and gravy from scratch. We also offer standard breakfast tacos, large three egg burritos and numerous other fresh breakfast dishes along with a Texas best Katz Coffee.
We are known for our great breakfasts, but we have some of the best lunch items as well. An amazing Chicken or Sirloin Cheese Steak, 1/2lb fresh Smashed Burgers and our breakfast burger rocks.
Monday thru Friday we offer Drive-thru service, while Sat & Sun it’s walk-up service due to larger volume of customers.
BTW, you have to try The Dude (double-wide biscuit, brisket, eggs and cheese) breakfast sandwich.

So originally this was a 5 star review. But since the new owners bought the business, they’re always out. You can go any day of the week they’re normally open and it says sold out. Some days they don’t even seem to open despite previously having sold during that time. While the food is good you will usually waste your time driving there. Sometimes DoorDash is updated and says temporarily closed, but most of the time the overall experience is inconsistent. I may try it again but I’m losing the drive. So that’s why this review is now a 2 star.

Ordered food from here for delivery through an app. Can’t tell you how the breakfast burrito is it never got to us. Pancakes were still raw. Brisket on the breakfast sandwich was meh at best. Not a place I will order from again.
