I always get the Cuban. The first time there was legit no sauce at all on my pizza, and the second time I ordered went for pick up after waiting 45 minutes and they said they made my pizza but for some reason it wasn’t there, they went to remake it then said they didn’t have pickles. It just seems like everytime I order from there, there’s always something wrong. There’s a good 20% chance you get your order right.

Placed online order. Said 1 hr delivery. After 90 minutes called for update. They said should be 10 to 20 more minutes. Fine. 30 minutes later nothing. Called and some unhelpful boy said they gave my delivery to door dash. I said all I want is fresh pizza and he got me the manager. I explained situation. And said I will come get pizza but would like it fresh after being almost 2 hrs. She said well deliveries are taking 2 hrs. I said that isn’t listed anywhere on site which would have been helpful. She said that is corporate fault. I asked how long for me to drive and get pizza. She said maybe 25 minutes. Hopefully. Canceled order.

Delivery man was rude and wasn’t happy with his $13 tip and said our delivery time was 2 hours because of it. We ordered a couple calzones and some wings. Apparently we needed to pay an extra $20 to get it under 2 hours. Straight up said the drivers fight over the tickets and leave them sitting there. Be prepared to pay triple for a normal delivery time. We won’t give them our business again.

I need to do a rave review! We usually do a mcdonalds breakfast tradition for Christmas. But they’re closed until 11am! We noticed that cottage inn said open, and they are in fact! Gary the owner went above and beyond for us. He stated that he wanted to open because there are a lot of people in our community that may be alone for Christmas, or don’t have the means/ability to cook and would love a pizza. He was amazing and I cannot recommend him and his store enough!!

My bread sticks are supposed to be covered in a drizzle of butter, however, they’re covered in a pound of it. Literally a replacement from the other batch that looked the SAME way, these were so awful that I had to clean GREASE OUT OF MY CAR because of it. The kicker to it all? I live two minutes away. Literally a 5 minute walk. I guess I’ve never ordered around lunch time, just dinner time, but you really need to educate your morning workers on how to make bread sticks. Or maybe they just didn’t care because I used my points for them? Either way, I’m not happy, and I’m waiting a few hours to call and complain, AGAIN. I spend TOO much money there to be given a heart attack for taking a bite of a bread stick. I can’t even eat these, but I felt like if I said, “nah, they still look bad” they still would’ve not taken me serious and made them look the same. Then he tried to defend his actions, “I’m supposed to put butter on it” yeah, a DRIZZLE, NOT AN ENTIRE CONTAINER.

Ordered a cheeseburger pizza half cheese, and a breadsticks over the phone. After paying and having to wait I looked at the prices online and they overcharged me $5. I asked them about it and they said their website was glitching and refused to do anything about it. I hope the $5 was worth losing a customer and getting a bad review. $38 for a large pizza and breadsticks? And they burnt the toppings.
