There is no consistency here. First experience was decent and at least the food was cooked thoroughly. Second experience, it was okay but not quite as good. Tried it again recently after a few months; chicken was undercooked, as were the fries. Everything was just a mushy, sopping wet, nasty mess. Ended up throwing it in the trash immediately after the first bite. Undercooked chicken is a quick way to lose your appetite.

Curly fries aren’t to be found here. We ordered 4 orders of curly fries only to find a bed of broken fries each with one curly fry placed on top. The kids were heartbroken.

Ordered 2 – 12 Bone In Wing combos through Door Dash. Pull up for pick up, and no one comes outside. Even though the app and signs say hang tight well come to you. A guy did come out and deliver food to the car sitting beside me but did not acknowledge me even when I yelled out to get his attention. I walked in the store, no one saw me. I stood there for a minute waited to catch someone’s attention which didn’t happen. I saw my order on the rack so I took it and left. I come home. Food is cold and instead of 24 bone-in wings. I have 24 boneless wings. I called and waited for someone to answer for 3 minutes only for no one to answer the phone. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
