Once was an employee and quit because management Sonja Curtis and Shane schoenwalder gave my personal information out to multiple customers and other employees Sonja says she works 12 hours a day 7 days a week but don’t even work a fraction of that time the entire place needs to be shut down until they can hire real employees and management that knows what there doing and doesn’t create this kinda work environment for for people to work in and just so everyone knows I’m only putting one star because other wise it won’t let me post this zero stars for this location 620 E cherry st

Always clean on the inside and outside. Good selection of snacks and beverages to choose from, along with a hot food bar. Located in the center of town. Parking lot could be a little bigger, as it is always pretty busy. Usually has some of the lowest gas prices in town. If I’m needing to get gas in Troy or pick something up in a convenience store, I’m either going to Phillips 66 or here! If only Casey’s had a rewards program! And if you’ve never had their breakfast pizza, you are really missing out. It’s the best I’ve ever had!

This Casey’s has turned into a gross dump. Smells bad, dirty, poor stocking, always out of stuff. Seems to be the reject location that just hasn’t been shutdown yet while they milk what they can out of it. Literally any other use of this space would be better than what goes on there now. There is seriously something wrong with everything here.

This gas station got so many junkies the workers are even on something I waited 10 minutes at checkout just for the cashier to say oh I didn’t know you were waiting to the person infront of me. Then I look down and there are diabetic needles laying on the ground by my feet

Although the food, and services are up to par here. The staff one particular is so slow and always very distasteful to deal with. I would rather drive into the next county to another Casey’s than to have her serve me…..and I say serve loosely. Many pleasant people would be happy to work here yet cause of who she is… she’s sure to keep her job. I don’t like to roast places like this…but she really makes the experience horrible everytime I stop here. The other staff however generally go above and beyond in their friendlyness and service. Still have some of the best quick food out there.

Friendly and clean. And their breakfast pizza is amazing! This is the only gas station pizza I will buy. Be careful that you know which Casey’s you are talking to. I first showed up at the new one not realizing that there are 2 in Troy now. But that is my own fault. But seriously – try the breakfast pizza (with bacon).
