The drinks are good but they are always out of cake pops. And when I needed to get to track my drink wasn’t even made yet. They also have drinks backed up forever. Then there are also drinks just sitting there. New: I was there for like about 27 minutes and I didn’t get my drink. I ended up leaving cause I can’t be late and it was a waste of time and my 9 dollars.

I don’t go to Starbucks often, when I do there’s usually a short line and great service. The staff member Nolan consistently is happy, has learned my name and greets me with a smile. When going here it feels like a small town barista and the staff knows people by their name. I’m going to have to start coming more often due to the friendly and quality service.

The good thing about this location is that their bakery case normally has a full selection and the manager is a very sweet lady. But after going here multiple times and getting my drink ordered screwed up consistently, I would suggest you go to the Hy-Vee Starbucks instead. Their drinks are always made right and that’s more important to me.
