The wings are great. But you can never reach them right away in PSL. You have to keep calling continuously. When they finally pick up they tell you 20 minutes. Show up at 30 minutes and food is never ready. Always figure you will wait another 20-30minutes for your food. That’s for pick up. Always empty when you get there so I don’t know why they can’t make the food on time. Plus the kids up front are rude and always playing on their phones. Except the boy and girl that they have at this moment. They were nice. Before that awful customer service.

Well worth the trip. It’s been awhile. Last time I was here, I left with my order and shortly after leaving the parking lot my phone rang…It was Rick from Thai…He told me they made a mistake…long story short, they not only have the best wings since Billy’s in White City closed…they have the best customer service..Thanks Rick!!! Well worth any troubles people say they experienced….don’t let one or two bad reviews detour you…Just do it!!!

I have had it with this place. The service is horrible from my experience. For one they are terrible at answering the phone. It literally takes at least 10 tries to try to get a hold of someone. And they just close whenever they feel like it! Last night we tried to order food we call numerous amount of times and no answer. So we drove all the way to their location to find out they were closed! There were people inside and none of them had the courtesy to even answer and let us know they were closed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

For a little strip center Thai restaurant it is good. It’s not your five star Thai restaurant but if you’re in the mood for some decent pad thai you can stop in and get a nice meal.
